An agent is only as careful as what it is allowed to touch. It needs a clear list of tools, each off by default.
A spending cap
Every run costs model calls. A run needs a hard ceiling and a stop button before it can be left alone.
The same safety rules
The content rules apply to whatever an agent writes or reads back. That has to hold across many steps, not one.
